Brain Fog

Brain fog – do you feel like your brain has turned to pudding?

Are your thoughts as clear as mud?

What is sabotaging your mental clarity?

Do you suffer from the dreaded brain fog or mental fatigue?

Have you missed appointments because you forgot?

Are you just plain confused a lot of the time?

Do you sometimes worry that you might have Alzheimer’s disease when you forget where you parked your car? (You are ok as long as you remember you drove there in the car!)

The causes of these conditions may include stress, overwork, hormonal imbalance, low blood sugar, and infection to name just a few.

An Iris Diagnosis will remove all the guesswork from the cause and the treatment.

Mental Clarity is described as ”the ability to read reality accurately” by one blogger who refers to the ability to process the thoughts, sights and sounds etc, presented by your own experiences.

The first consultation

During your initial consultation, I’ll do an in-depth Iris Diagnosis to gain a picture of your overall health.  The causes of your symptoms show in your irises.  By using this technique I’ll gain an understanding of the genetic, stress and other factors causing the brain fog and any other health issues you are experiencing. Following the consultation, I’ll prescribe a Herbal remedy specific to your individual needs to take for 6 weeks.

After 6 weeks, we will do a follow up consultation to assess your changing health picture and review your herbal remedy.

Case Study

Person Picture: Elsie was 58, working full time as an aged care worker when I met her. She complained of mental confusion, sluggish thinking and forgetfulness, poor sleep patterns, no energy or interest in doing anything, feeling a lot of heat in her body and restlessness. Elsie thought she was losing her grip on things, and feared she had dementia.

Elsie’s Iris Diagnosis showed multiple “nerve rings” affecting every part of her body. These are signs of long-term stress, which Elsie confirmed as being work related.  The rest of the Iris was clear of any other major indications. This meant that Elsie was in good health apart from the effects of long-term stress.

The Prescription

After discussing Elsie’s needs, it was agreed that the symptoms were related to hormonal imbalance, triggered by the stressful nature of her job.  l prescribed a Herbal Remedy that addressed the cause of each of her symptoms based on the indications in her iris, and Flower Essences for emotional support. Elsie took the remedy for the next 6 weeks, and after reviewing the changes to her symptoms, the second remedy was adjusted to her current needs.

Testimonial

Elsie reported that she was feeling better than she had felt in a long time. Her mind was clear and brain fog was much improved. Her sleep and restlessness had settled down and her energy was good.

Elsie was so happy with her results that she referred her daughter to me for help with her mood swings.
